WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Training in small groups provides a dynamic and fun experience whilst still allowing individualised progression for each person. Group sessions are capped at 6 people per class. 

  • Training with others provides the perfect environment for progression whilst having fun in their training. Training in groups with like minded people also creates a strong sense of community and belonging.

  • Expertly led coaching provides you with the knowledge and tools to succeed in your training and due to our sessions being capped at 6 / session, you can be sure you still get the individualised coaching you would see from 1-2-1 coaching.

  • Our group training sessions offer heaps of variety ranging from calisthenics, conditioning and weightlifting sessions. All designed to help you progress your strength, physical aesthetics, fitness and confidence.

SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT AM I COMMITING TO WHEN I JOIN THE TRIAL?

When you join the trial you are commiting to 7 days worth of free semi private group training sessions,
we give you 6 credits to use across 7 days meaning you are free to try any of the sessions on our timetable.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE TRIAL PERIOD IS OVER?

The choice is yours, if you decided you want to continue training with us one of our team will help you decided what membership is best for you and your goals. If you decided not to continue training with us we will be sorry to see you go however, we completely understand your decision and we simply part ways and you do not need to do anything.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO JOIN?

To answer this plainly no you don't need to be fit to join, although some of our bodyweight classes have some prerequisites, the majority of our classes cater for absolute beginner who have never trained before. Our members have varied ages and fitness levels and everyone is different, we meet you where you are at currently and help you progress and your pace.
