Hybrid is our newest strength and conditioning class it’s the ultimate cross blend between weightlifting, calisthenics, and conditioning exercises. It’s a great way to build a strong resilient body.
During the class we focus on cardio conditioning along with weightlifting and calisthenics compound movements like squats, deadlifts, pull ups and more. Not only will you become stronger but also fitter as a result.
This class is suitable for absolute beginners, we have progressions and regressions for every level. Expect the following, boosted energy levels, improved strength, more resiliency, more confidence.

Ignite is our more functional Strength & conditioning class designed to push past limitations and bring out the best in your abilities. We use a mixture of weights, and other functional training equipment to bring about results.

Ignite is a great class for beginners/ intermediate athletes, you will burn a ton of calories whilst building a stronger and more functional physique.

Engine is our fast-paced, high calorie burning conditioning workout designed to push you beyond limits.
This class has conditioning bias with an emphasis on your aerobic capacity and endurance, you will benefit by developing stronger cardiovascular system which in turn will help you become fitter and healthier and have more energy on a day-to-day basis.

This class is suitable for complete beginners so no matter what level you currently at anyone can participate.

This class is suitable for beginner level athletes who are looking to start their journey into calisthenics. The class focuses on building strong foundations and developing good movement patterns.

You will learn how to master the basic calisthenics movements like the pull up, the dip, the push up and the L-sit amongst other movements. There will be regressions and progressions for everyone who attends the class. If you are confident with the basic’s movements, you’ll want to try our advanced calisthenics class.

During the class you’ll be learning intermediate and advanced progressions and regressions for iconic calisthenics movements such as front & back levers, ring muscle ups, planche and other bodyweight combos.

Our handstand class is focused on exactly what it says. Handstands are in a league of their own and require its specialised class. During this class we focus on strength drills for handstand along with balance drills and core exercises required to hold handstands it’s a great time to come and practice balancing and developing your handstands.

Handstand class is aimed at those looking to develop their handstands and become better hand balancers. The class is taught in a workshop style which is aimed to give you knowledge and confidence in your handstands, it is open to all abilities and we aim to take you from complete novice to prominent handstand balancer.

We offer junior training at levitate and our classes cater to the age range 12-16 years old.
We aim to inspire self confidence and strength in the youth and offer an introduction into how to start exercise along with creating good exercises, form and technique habits all under the guidance of top quality coaching.
It is our goal to make sure the youth are inspired and are set with the tools that set them up for future success.
